Goodwin Boxing are delighted to announce the signing of 2022 Senior ABA Champion Tyler Chambers.
19 year old Tyler will be training under the tutelage of John Cole and will be making his professional debut in September 2023.
Not only did Tyler win the senior ABA’s he reached the finals of the Nationals on two occasions, the schoolboy finals and the Box Cup finals.
“I am delighted to sign someone of the calibre of Tyler” said manager Steve Goodwin. “At only 19 he has the world at his feet but is very important that we bring him along at the right pace and make the right moves at the right time.”
“It was an easy choice to make,” said Tyler. “I had a meeting with Steve and the team with my trainer John. I loved the ethos and what I heard and decided to sign immediately. I am looking forward to the journey”.
“These types of fighters with the right attitude are the types of boxers we are looking for” said Steve “There is no doubt Tyler will be another champion to add to the 46 I have so far managed.”
