We are delighted to announce that current IBO Inter-Continental Super-Flyweight Champion Lauren "Lionheart" Parker has committed her future to Goodwin Boxing signing a new 3 year management contract for Steve Goodwin and now heads into a European Title challenge against World ranked number 30 Giuseppina Di Stefano. The fight has been called for purse bids which are due on 10th July.
"I am delighted to re-sign with Steve" said Lauren. "He has done a brillaint job for me and the future looks so rosy".
Steve said "I am delighted that Lauren has shown her loyalty to us. She has been great to deal with and we really look forward to the next 12-18 months as we go gunning for a Wolrd title shot. First however we must win this European title. Di Stefano has had one unsuccesful challenge before for the same title against a fellow Italian but that is her only loss. Lauren has improved massively under coach Paul Webber and we going to be ready for this challenge."
