The much-anticipated and uniquely thrilling boxing show, "BOX MANIA," is set to make its triumphant return to the iconic York Hall Bethnal Green on October 12th 2024. The stage is set for "BOX MANIA 8," an event of extraordinary proportions, featuring an astonishing lineup of seven title fights, a spectacular undercard, production quality that rivals televised shows, and an arena that will be sold sold out.

BOXMANIA is an exciting concept in the world of small hall boxing. It will focus on elevating the small hall boxing experience by providing electrifying atmospheres, TV level production, top quality 50/50 title fights and packed arenas to create a television-worthy show. Steve Goodwin, a prominent boxing manager and promoter, has played a pivotal role in its development and promotion.

Goodwin Boxing are pulling out all the stops on October 12th 2024, as we return again to York Hall to give boxing fans a fantastic non TV show: Boxmania 6. Prospects, established TV fighters and champions gather for a night that will go down as one of the best shows York Hall has seen – time is very limited to make sure you are a part of it.

• Obi (Kingsley) Egbunike defends his Southern Area Super-Welterweight title against Kents undefeated Tyrone King. Egbunike won this title in April 2024 with a points victory over Jordan Dujon live on the Wasserman promoted show and makes his first defence. King will be bringing his army of supporters from Kent believing that he will retain his undefeated record and move into the big time. Egbunike is the vastly more experienced and King at only 24 years of age has youth and determination. Egbuike wants to use this defence as a springboard towards the English title for which he came up short on Sky TV against Lee Cutler in 2023. King aims to de-rail him and fulfil hos own ambitions  
• Former English Super-Lightweight Champion Denis Denikajev aime to become a two time Southern Area Champion when he takes on Matthew King from Portsmouth for the title. The super talented Denikajev has lost only 1 of 14 fights in a defence of his English title and now aims to win back one of his old titles and force himself back into the reckoning for even bigger titles. King on the other hand has other intentions. He has boxed for the area title once before at a higher weight (Welterweight) where he came up short against the highly touted Constantin Ursu. Now back at his mo.
• Two Champions collide in a final eliminator for the English Super-Welterweight title in a fight that could steal the show. Former Southern Area SMiddleweight champion Bilal Fawaz takes on former Midlands area Super-Welterweight champion Ryan Amos. A fight that deserves to be for the full title has everything that a fight fan could want. Former decorated amateur Fawaz has won 8 from 9 as a professional whilst Amos has lost 2 of 16 fights. A contest that will take the winner into the big time and for the loser its a long way back. You heard it here could be fight of the night.  
• Two more Champions collide in a massive super Bantamweight Clash which is not only for the Southern Area title but is a final eliminator for the English title at that weight. Current Southern Area Champion the undefeated Frankie Storey from Luton take on former Southern Area Champion and former English title challenger Lewis Frimpong. Frimpong has suffered only one defeat for the English title. Boxing pundits are split equally on the victor here and it is another fight not to be missed.
• Fireworks await when the undefeated "Machine" George O'Leary boxes Constantine Williams in a fight for the vacant Southern Area Middleweight title. O'Leary is undefeated in 6 taking on Williams won 6 from 7. Williams is coming off an unsuccessful challenge for the actual title against Paul Gordon whilst O'Leary remains undefeated. O'Leary wants to send Williams into retirement whilst Williams believes O'Leary is a stepping stone onto big things. Who is right?

The eight fight of the card sees the unbeaten "Illyrian Soldier" Denis Balazzhi take on a fighter with a positive record.

The show is concluded by one of the UK's leading light-heavyweight propsects Taiwo Mosuru  having his third professional contest and the undefeated Super Featherweight prospect Sher Khan from Kent..
