“Probably the best small hall off TV show you will see in 2023”

Four title fights, 1 50/50 cruiserweight 6x3 bout, the return of 2023 SAS Who Dares winner (Channel 4) Joshua Gustave, “The Major” Arfan Iqbal returns at Heavyweight and much more.
Two Southern Area title fights headline the card.

For the Southern Area Featherweight title, we see two undefeated fighters who were both excellent amateurs go head to head. Both fighters should be given credit for taking this fight so early in their career. Who wins? Nobody knows but what a great fight it will be to watch. Oxford’s Lewis Frimpong (6-0) has built a fearsome reputation under the tutelage of Andy Gill at Evolve Boxing academy whilst Connor Adaway (5-0) has been plying his trade in Plymouth under coach Marlee Dann. Both boxers and teams are 100% confident. Who wins? No one knows but will be a fight well worth watching.

For the Southern Area Light-Heavyweight title we see “THE BATTLE OF KENT” where two undefeated fighters once again go head-to-head in a fight that no-one can call. Paul “Bomber” Brown (7-0) has the unblemished record and looks to extend this to 8 straight wins. Standing in his way is Jack Owen (5-0-2). Jack has trained for this like never before. It is a great fight with two gentlemen of the ring and once not to be missed.

Not content with two fights you cannot call a third beckons. Sajid Abid (10-1) makes the trip from Derby to take on former Southern Area Super Lightweight Champion Mikey Sakyi (9-3) in a final eliminator for the English Super-Lightweight title. Sakyi has competed at the higher level having fought for the WBC International title, but Abid is on a roll having defeated the highly touted Tom Ansell in an eliminator for this title.

“One of the most improved fighters of 2022” was how manager Steve Goodwin described Mitchell Frearson. Frearson has a chance to prove these words true when he takes on undefeated Balraj Singh in an eliminator for the Southern Area Middleweight title.

After his victory on Channel 4’s SAS Who Dares wins Joshua Gustave returns to the squared circle. Not content on resting on his laurels he takes on former Southern Area Middleweight title contender “The Camden Caretaker” Robbie Chapman in what is guaranteed to be a fight to watch and enjoy.

Fight number 7 sees former English Cruiserweight Champion “The Major” Arfan Iqbal makes his ring return after 4 years out. He returns at heavyweight against Jake Darnell. Don’t blink!

Fred Secular makes his long-awaited debut at Middleweight, whilst  undefeated Super-Lightweight Pat Gill who takes on Kasey Bradnum whop is coming off a win in his latest contest.
