Light-Heavyweight 38 year old Ross "Fine wine" McGuigan is proving that age is but a number by turning over professional at the age of 34.
Now 38 years of age and in the prime of his career he has recorded 6 wins from 8 fights.
He recorded 3 straight wins before stepping up with a Sky TV appearence on 12th November 2022 where he took on hugely talented Viddal Riley. Whilst Ross fell short in that bout he then returned in an exciting match up on 11th March 2023 against undefeated Lewis Oakford at York Hall, Bethnal Green where he came up short losing on points.
McGuigan decided to drop from Cruiserweight to Light-Heavyweight and has returned with three impressive points victories in 2023 and 2004.
His last performance was very impressive where he defeated former Southern Area title challenger Robbie Chapman.
Based is South East London and a huge Millwall fan, MuGuigan is trained by Mikey Burke in Bromley.
